Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #82-64 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING PRICE QUOTES AND AWARDING BID TO REPLACE BATTERIES <br />IN EMERGENCY AND EXIT LIGHTS IN THE RAMSEY MUNICIPAL CENTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to call for price quotes for the replacement <br />of batteries in emergency and exit lights in the Ramsey Municipal Center <br /> <br />the following price quotes were received: <br /> <br /> Bidder <br /> <br /> Hedstrom Electric <br /> Rit-Nel Electric <br /> Lehn Electric <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> <br /> $842.00 <br /> $518.00 <br /> $879.00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Rit-Nel Electric bid in the amount <br />of $518.00 had the best price quote. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The City Council accepted the price quote from Rit-Nel <br />Electric in the amount of $518.00. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform all who submitted price quotes of their action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br /> None <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br /> Counci lmember Cox <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of April, 1982. <br /> <br /> ~ ~ Mayor <br />ATTES~F.: .... ~, <br /> <br /> <br />
