Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-69 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th day of April, 1982, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of May, 1982, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in t'he Council resolution adopted the 27th day of April, 1982. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall pre- pare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van WAgner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
