Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the <br />27th day of April, 1982, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane <br />N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue <br />N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane <br />N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. <br />to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to <br />the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through <br />two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was <br />held thereon on the 17th day of May, 1982, at which all persons desiring to <br />be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in t'he <br />Council resolution adopted the 27th day of April, 1982. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates is <br />hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall pre- <br />pare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van WAgner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br /> <br />
