Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-70 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th day of April, 1982, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed improvement of the following streets: a) Gibbon Street N.W. between the line of County Road #56 (173rd Avenue N.W.) north to its end at the cul de sac b) Eland Street N.W. between the line of 176th Lane N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. c) 176th Lane N.W. between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition d) 177th Avenue N.W. between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the eats plat boundary of Deerwood Addition AND WHEREAS, ten days' published notice of the hearing through two weekly publications of the required notice was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of May, 1982, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 27th day of April, 1982. 2) Mr. Peter Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall pre- pare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by COuncilmember Sortebergand upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None
