Councilmember VanWagnerintroduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br /> RESCINDED 9-13-82 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #82- 75 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 4, Deerwood Addition was set up to receive a <br />full unit assessment for proposed Street Improvement Project #82-8. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 4, Deerwood Addition (corner lot) egress and <br />ingress from 173rd Avenue instead of Gibbon Street which is part of the proposed <br />Street Improvement Project #82-8. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Lot 1, Block 4, Deerwood Addition comes within the parameter <br />of Paragraph 4 of Section C to City Code 210.01 in regards to assessing street <br />improvements. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows': <br /> <br /> 1) Lot 1, Block 4, Deerwood Addition will be assessed in accordance <br />with the provisions established by Paragraph 4 of Section C to City Code Chapter <br />210.01 which will be for a one-half unit assessment on Street Improvement Project <br />#82-8. <br /> <br />2) The City Accountant will be furnished a copy of this Resolution <br /> <br />#82-75 . <br /> <br /> 3) The construction project file #82.-8 will have a copy of this <br />resolution in it. <br /> <br /> 4) The property owner will be mailed a copy of this resolution by <br />certified mail. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Van Wagner, Cox, Sorteberg and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 25th day of May, 1982. <br /> <br />/ <br /> <br /> <br />
