Counci lmember adopt ion: Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #82-83 WHEREAS, the feasibility report for Street Improvement Project #82-9 showed Plat 89210, Parcel 7250 owned by Mr. Thomas Walsh, 6521 - 167th Avenue NW as being proposed to receive a full unit assessment. WHEREAS, Plat 89210, Parcel 7250 (corner lot) egresses and ingresses from 167th Avenue NW instead of from Zirconium Street NW which is part of the proposed Street Improvement Project ~82-9. WHEREAS, Plat 89210, Parcel 7250 comes within the parameter of Para- graph 4, Section C to the City Code Chapter 210.01 in regards to assessing street improvements. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Plat 89210, Parcel 7250 will be assessed in accordance with the provisions established by Paragraph 4, Section C, Chapter 210.01 of the City Code which will be for a one-half unit assessment on Street Improvement Project #82-9. #82-83 . 2) The City Accountant will be furnished a copy of this Resolution 3) The construction project file ~82-9 will have a copy of this resolution in it. 4) A copy of this resolution will be mailed by certified mail to Mr. Walsh of 6521 - 167th Avenue NW, Ramsey, Minnesota 55303. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember VanWagn~ andupon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Cox, Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None and the following were absent: Mayor Gamec whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of May, 1982.
