Contracting, Inc. <br />Aero Asphalt Inc. <br />Hardrives, Inc. <br /> <br />$379,058.00 <br /> 383,756.25 <br /> 385,500.50 <br /> 385,759.45 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of <br />Buffalo, Minnesota is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The mayor and clerk are hereby authorized and directed <br />to enter into a contract with Buffalo Bituminous, Inc. of Buffalo, <br />Minnesota in the name of the City of Ramsey for the improvement of the <br />above listed street projects according to the plans and specifications <br />therefor approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to re- <br />turn forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except <br />that the deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder <br />shall be retained until a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann <br />and Cox <br /> <br />and the following members voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 12th day of July, 1982. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
