EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF Tt{E CITY OF RAMSEY <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA, MINNESOTA <br /> <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the <br />City }/all in the City of Ramsey, on Monday, July 12, 1982, commencing <br />at 5:00 o'clock p.m., C.T. <br /> <br /> The following members of the Council were present: Mayor Gamec, <br />Cox, Reimann, Sorteberg, and VanWagner <br /> <br />and the following were absent: None <br /> <br /> The Mayor announced that the meeting was convened for the consid- <br />eration of the bids which had been received for the purchase of the <br />City's $565,000 General Obligation Improvement Bonds of 1982, as <br />advertised for sale. The City Clerk presented affidavits showing <br />publication of notice of sale in the City's official newspaper and in <br /> <br />Commercial West, a financial <br />Minnesota, which affidavits were <br />ordered placed on file. <br /> <br />paper published in Minneapolis, <br /> <br /> examined, found satisfactory and <br /> <br /> The City Clerk presented a tabulation of the bids which had been <br />received in the manner specified in the notice of sale of the Bonds. <br />The bids were as follows: <br /> <br /> <br />
