Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-103 RESOLUTION ADOPTING 1982 MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS TO THE 1982 ANNUAL CITY BUDGET WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey's Council Budget Committee ~has reviewed the contents of the 1982 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments (over and under) to the City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual City Budget which was adopted October 28, 1981 and has directed that it be forwarded to Council for their review and action. The Budget Committee recommended that the proposed 1982 budget amendments be adopted; and WHEREAS, %he~ City Council, City of Ramsey, Anoka County, State of Minnesota, has received the 1982 Mid-Year Budget Adjustments (over and under) to the City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual City Budget which was adopted by the Ramsey City Council on October 28, 1981 which is' on file at the Ramsey Munici- pal Center. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The City Council hereby approves of the Mid-Year Budget Adjust- ments to the City of Ramsey's 1982 Annual Budget as submitted by the Council's Budget Committee. The Mid-Year Budget Adjustments will be effective as of July 1, 1982. 2) It is directed that a certified copy of this Resolution #82-103 be made a part of the original 1982 City Budget. 3) It is further directed that the City Accountant be furnished a copy of this resolution. It is also directed that the iCity Accountant take appropriate action on this document. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Cox and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Cox and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None and the following was absent: Councilmember Reimann whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of July, 1982.
