Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-110g RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, a contract has been let nd the costs have been determined for the improvement of the following streets: a) Azurite STreet N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. and 170th Lane NoW. b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates e) 17Oth Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street NoW. and Yttrium Street N.W. f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates and the contract price for such improvement is $71,815.00 and the expenses in- curred or to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $5,917.78 so that the total cost of the improvement will be $78,732.78. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The portion of the cost of such improvement to e paid by the City is hereby declared to be $ -- and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared to be $78,732.78. 2) The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Engineer Mr. Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., shall forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for such improvement against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within the district affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided by law, and he shall file a copy of such proposed assessment in his office for public inspection. 3) The clerk shall upon the completion of such proposed assess- ment notify the Council thereof:
