Cooncilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-110n RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council oin August 24, 1982, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment on the cost of improving the following streets: a) Gibbon STreet N.W. between the line of County Road #63 (173rd Avenue NOW.) north to its end at the cul de sac b) Eland Street N.W. between the line of 176th Lane N.W. and 177th Avenue N.W. c) 176th Lane N.W. between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition d) 177th Avenue between the line of Gibbon Street N.W. to the east plat boundary of Deerwood Addition AND WHEREAS, the clerk has notified by Council that such pro- posed assessment has been completed and filed in the office for public in- spection. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1982, in the Ramsey Municipal CEnter at 8:00 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assess- ment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such assessment. 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notaice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news- paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less than two weeks prior to the hearings. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox
