Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-110o <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on <br />August 24, 1982, the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment <br />on the cost of improving the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane NoW. <br />and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 167th Avenue <br />N.W. and 169th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />c) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 169th Lane N.W. <br />to the north plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />d) 169th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. <br />to the east plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br />e) 170th Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 170th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street to <br />the west plat boundary of Shady Lawn Estates <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the clerk has notified the Council that such pro- <br />posed assessment has been completed and filed in the office for public inO <br />spection. <br /> <br />NOW TltEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 29th day of September, 1982, <br />in the Ramsey Municipal Center, at 8:10 P.M. to pass upon such proposed assess- <br />ment and at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such <br />improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to such <br />assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the <br />hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once in the official news- <br />paper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and he shall state in the notice <br />the total cost of the improvement. He shall also cause mailed notice to be <br />given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll not less <br />than two weeks prior to the hearings. <br /> <br /> <br />
