Councilmember Cox introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-131 RESOLUTION ADOPTING QUAD CITY CABLE COMMISSION JOINT AND COOPERATIVE AGREE- MENT FOR THE ADMINISTRATION OF A CABLE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM WHEREAS, each of the four cities in the Quad Cities Cable Communi- cations Commission (Ramsey, Andover~ Anoka and Champlin) will appoint two directors to this Commission in accordance with ARticle VI Sections 1 and 2 Joint and Cooperative AGreement for the administration of a Cable Communication System. Further Section 3 provides for the appointing alternate directors; and WHEREAS, the Quad Cities Cable Communications Commissions Joint and COoperative Agreement provide for the Administrative Control of the Directors who are appointed to this Commission. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City appoints the following two directors to represent it on the Joint Commission for a period of one year: a) Mr. John Beissel who resides at 17917 Junkite Street N.W. Phone 753-1041 b) Councilmember Sue Van Wagner who resides at 16330 Yttrium Street N.W. Phone 753-4034 2) That the City appoints the following alternate director to the Joint Commission: a) Mr. Ben Deemer who resides at 14542 Nowthen Blvd. Phone 427-8924 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, COuncilmembers Van WAgner, Sorteberg, Reimann and Cox and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 28th day of September, 1982 trator/Clerk Mayor
