NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL~ CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council, City of Ramsey hereby authorizes <br />partial payment to Buffalo Bituminous as per the City Engineer's letter dated <br />September 23, 1982 for the following street projects in the following amounts: <br /> <br />Project # Amount <br /> <br />#82-2 $29,312.72 <br />#82-3 1,439.25 <br />#82-4 -0- <br />#82-5 26,247.55 <br />#82-6 -0- <br />#82-7 -0- <br />#82-8 31,375.65 <br />#82-9 35,908.25 <br />#82-10 8,294.64 <br /> <br />TOTAL $132,578.06 <br /> <br /> 2) That the Ramsey City Council, City of RAmsey hereby authorizes <br />the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this partial pay- <br />ment. <br /> <br /> 3) That the total amount of this partial payment is not included <br />in Resolution #82-137 adopted by the Ramsey City Council on September 28, <br />1982 approving payment of the bills for the month of September. <br /> <br /> 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed <br />copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by COuncilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following members were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 28th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br />/~dmin/{t rater/Clerk ~'~ ........ <br /> <br />~ayor <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of the above <br />referenced resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
