Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #82-137 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PAYMENT OF BILLS FOR MONTH OF SEPTEMBER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Finance Department has received cer- <br />tain bills throughout the month of September, 1982, which require payment; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey is required to <br />authorize payment of the attached bills. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves <br />the payment of the bills for the month of September, 1982, in the amount of <br />$286,693.26. <br /> <br /> 2) That it is further directed that the City of Ramsey Finance <br />Department be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by COuncilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Reimann and <br />Cox <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City COuncil this the 28th day of September, 1982. <br /> <br />__ATTEST: /~ Mayor <br /> <br />I hereby acknowledge receipt of this resolution: <br /> <br /> <br />
