Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82- 169 RESOLUTION ACCEPTING PRICE QUOTES RECEIVED FOR THE PURCHASE OF SNOW BLOWER WHEREAS, pursuant to a request for price quotes for a snow blower, the following price quotes were received: Firm 1) Osseo Sports 2) Long Lake Ford Tractor, Inc. 3) Greenberg Implement, Inc. and; Equipment John Deere 676 Rotary ~now Blower Farm King 800 Snow Blower IH 70 Snow Blower Price $1,670.56 1,459.00 2,000.00 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as followS: 1) It is directed that the City of Ramsey accept the price quote received from Long Lake Ford TractOr, Inc. in the amount of $1,459.00. 2) It is directed that the purchase of this equipment be held in obeyance until after January 1, 1983. 3) It is directed that the City Accountant and Public Works Superintendent be provided copies of this resolution.
