Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #82-173 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS WHEREAS, the following transfer of funds have to be made as provided for in the 1982 City Budget: 1) $965.00 to be transferred from General Fund ~101 to 1981 Special Assessment Fund #555 as provided for in the 1982 City Budget. 2) $2,195.00 to be transferred from General Fund #101 to 1980 Series II Special Assessment Fund #554 as provided for in the 1982 City Budget. 3) $10,320.00 to be transferred from General Fund #101 to 1979 Special Assessment Fund ~552 as provided for in the 1982 City Budget. 4) $29,325.00 to be transferred from General Fund #101 to Equipment Revolving Fund #810 as provided for in the 1982 City Budget. 5) $11,575.00 to be transferred from General Fund #101 to Administrative Trust Fund #808 as provided for in the 1982 City Budget. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) The City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby authorizes the transfer of funds as indicated above. 2) The City Accountant is to be provided with a copy of this directive and that it will be used as the authority for the above transfer of funds. The motion for the adoption of the forego~ng.~resolution was duly'~seconded by Council~ member Cox and upon vote being taken thereon,, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Cox, Sorteberg and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 21st day of December, 1982.
