Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-38 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets with <br />sealcoating: <br /> <br />a) 162nd Avenue NoW. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 166th Lane N.W. between the line of Zirconium Street <br />N.W. and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of Nowthen Blvd. <br />N.W. (County Road #5) and 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />e) Zirconium STreet N.W. between the line of 162nd Avenue <br />N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 162nd Avenue <br />N.W. and 167th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the <br />improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> l) That the proposed improvement be referred to Mr. Pete <br />Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. for study and that he is <br />instructed to report to the council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should_best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the im- <br />provement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
