Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-85 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE AND DESIGN APPROVAL FOR GROSSLEIN BEVERAGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Grosslein Beverages, Inc. hereinafter referred to as <br />"Applicant" has applied with the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as <br />"City" for site and design approval for their new facility; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested the City Council to waive <br />the requirement for the installation of a sprinkler system until such time <br />as City water becomes available; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Applicant has met all other requirements of the <br />State and Local Building Codes. and has agreed to enter into a contract <br />with the City. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves <br />the site and design plan for the Applicant on the following described parcel: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 26 Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest cor- <br />ner of Lot 13, in said Auditor~'s Subdlvis-ion then South 29 de~ <br />grees 22 minutes West on the Westerly line of Lot 26 for a dis- <br />tance of 260 feet; thence South 65 degrees 32 minutes East for <br />a distance of 250 feet, thence North 29 degrees 22 minutes East <br />for a distance of 260 feet, more or less, to the Southeast cor~ <br />net of said Lot 13; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of <br />Lot 13, for a distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning, <br />all as shown by the files and records of the Register of Deeds <br />of Anoka County, Minnesota, and also known as-13557 Tungsten <br />Street N.W., Anoka, Minnesota. <br /> <br /> 2) That upon approving the site and design plan for Grosslein <br />Beverages, Inc., the Applicant and the City shall enter into an agreement <br />and said agreement shall contai~ the following contingencies: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Developer agrees to submit development plans and <br />site plans to the City for approval.
