Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #83-85 RESOLUTION GRANTING SITE AND DESIGN APPROVAL FOR GROSSLEIN BEVERAGE WHEREAS, Grosslein Beverages, Inc. hereinafter referred to as "Applicant" has applied with the City of Ramsey, hereinafter referred to as "City" for site and design approval for their new facility; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has requested the City Council to waive the requirement for the installation of a sprinkler system until such time as City water becomes available; and WHEREAS, the Applicant has met all other requirements of the State and Local Building Codes. and has agreed to enter into a contract with the City. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby approves the site and design plan for the Applicant on the following described parcel: That part of Lot 26 Auditor's Subdivision No. 96, Anoka County, Minnesota described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest cor- ner of Lot 13, in said Auditor~'s Subdlvis-ion then South 29 de~ grees 22 minutes West on the Westerly line of Lot 26 for a dis- tance of 260 feet; thence South 65 degrees 32 minutes East for a distance of 250 feet, thence North 29 degrees 22 minutes East for a distance of 260 feet, more or less, to the Southeast cor~ net of said Lot 13; thence Westerly along the Southerly line of Lot 13, for a distance of 250 feet to the place of beginning, all as shown by the files and records of the Register of Deeds of Anoka County, Minnesota, and also known as-13557 Tungsten Street N.W., Anoka, Minnesota. 2) That upon approving the site and design plan for Grosslein Beverages, Inc., the Applicant and the City shall enter into an agreement and said agreement shall contai~ the following contingencies: 1) That the Developer agrees to submit development plans and site plans to the City for approval. Developer agrees to construct the addi~ tion constituting the development and to develop that property in accordance with 1) the State Building Code, 2) the planning, architectural and engineer~ lng requirements of the City Code of the City, and 3) in accordance with the development plans and site plans submitted to the City, which plans are in- corporated herein and attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and are identified as follows: Submitted to City on May 31, 1983 Consisting of ~i~e (5) Sheets Drafted by M~ller Companies~ Inc~, 3335 West St. Germain~ P.
