Page 2 of 2 <br />Resolution #83-87 <br /> <br />easterly Right-of-Way line of U.S. Highway No. 10 <br />a distance of 386.98 feet; thence Northeasterly at <br />right angles to said Northeasterly Right-of-Way line <br />of U.S. Highway No. 10 to the Southwesterly Right- <br />of-Way line of Burlington Northern, Inc.; thence <br />Southeasterly along said Southwesterly Right-of- <br />Way line of said railroad to said Easterly line of <br />the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter; <br />thence Southerly along said Easterly line to the <br />point of beginning. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grant <br />preliminary plat approval contingent upon Mr. Robert Wojcik completing <br />the following engineers recommendations: <br /> <br />a) That the applicant include a grading plan and indi- <br />cate how drainage would be handled. <br /> <br />b) That compliance with Article 170.037Bi of the City <br />Code regarding soil borings be complied with. <br /> <br />c) That proper access be provided for in the plat in <br />compliance with Article 170.038B.8 of the City Code. <br /> <br />d) That existing zoning on the parcel to be platted and <br />the abutting parcels be shown on the proposed plat. <br /> <br />e) That there be a park dedication fee paid in lieu of <br />park land. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van WAgner, Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 31st day of May, 1983. <br /> <br />ATTE ST. <br /> <br />--~ayor <br /> <br /> <br />
