Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-95 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BIDS RECEIVED FOR THE SALE OF THE 1980 OLDSMOBILE <br />DELTA WHICH HAS BEEN DECLARED SURPLUS PROPERTY <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the sale of <br />the 1980 Oldsmobile Delta which had been declared surplus property, bids <br />were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br /> N&me <br /> <br />Mr. Gustav Holz <br /> <br />Mr. Lester D. Wirz <br /> <br />Amount of Bid <br /> $952.00 <br /> $900.'00 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Mr. Gustav Holz had the highest bid <br />in the amount of $952.00. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council accepts the bid from Mr. Gustav Holz <br />in the amount of $952.00. <br /> <br /> 2). That the City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and <br />directed to inform those who bid on the Council action. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and <br />Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 6th day of June, 1983. <br /> <br />Ad~ini~r-at~r/~le~k <br /> <br /> <br />
