Page 2 of 2 <br />Resolution #83-102 <br /> <br /> 3) The City Administrator/Clerk shall prepare and cause to <br />be inserted in the Anoka County Union and Shopper (the City's official <br />paper) and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon <br />the making of such improvement under such approved plans and specifica- <br />tions. The advertisement shall be published for two weeks, shall specify <br />the work to be done, shall state that the bids will be received by the <br />clerk until ll:00 A.M. on June 28, 1983, at which time they will be <br />publicly opened in the Council Chambers of the City Hall by the City <br />Clerk and City Engineer, will then be tabulated and will be considered <br />by the Council at 7:30 P.M. on June 28, 1983 in the Council Chambers, <br />and that no bids will be considered unless sealed and filed with the <br />clerk and accompanied by a cash deposit, cashier's check, bid bond, or <br />certified check payable to the clerk for five percent (5%) of the amount <br />of each bid. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor therof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers VAn Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of June, 1983. <br /> <br /> Mayor <br /> <br />./~y Administrator/Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
