Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-104 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DELETING SEALCOATING IMPROVR~[ENT PROJECT #83-9 (GREENLAND HILLS <br />PLAT #2) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the <br />26th day of April, 1983, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed <br />sealcoating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 151st Lane N.W. between the line of Chameleon Street <br />N.W. and Alpaca Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 152nd Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 <br />(Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) to the east plat boundary of <br />Greenland Hills Plat #2. <br /> <br />c) Chameleon Street N.W. between the line of 151st Lane <br />N.W. and 152nd Lane N.W. <br /> <br />d) Alpaca Street N.W. from 151st Lane N.W. north to its <br />end at the cul de sac. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br />of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 14th day <br />of June, 1983, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor- <br />tunity to be heard thereon; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at the public hearing it was noted the street was con- <br />structed less than five (5) years ago and the City's policy is to sealcoat <br />streets five (5) years and older. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby deletes the Greenland <br />Hills Plat #2 from the sealcoating projects of 1983 due to the fact the <br />streets in this plat were constructed less than five (5) years ago and said <br />deletion will be keeping in the City's policy to sealcoat streets five (5) <br />years and older. <br /> <br />The motion for the adption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor therof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schluetsr, <br />and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
