Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-110b <br /> <br />RESOLUTION GRANTING VARIANCE TO MR. KEN PETERSON TO~CO¥~INE BY METES AND <br />BOUNDS PLAT 89222 PARCELS 4425 and 4430. <br /> <br />This resolution will be prepared by William K. Goodrich, esq. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor therof: <br /> <br /> mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg and <br /> Schlueter <br /> <br />and thefollowing voted against the same: <br /> Councilmember Reimann <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the <br />Ramsey City Council this the 14th day of June, 1983. <br /> <br /> <br />
