Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #83-151 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution passed by the Ramsey City Council on <br />August 23, 1983, the City Administrator/Clerk was directed to prepare a <br />proposed assessment of the cost of the following improved streets: <br /> <br />a) 152nd Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd. N.~. <br />(County Road #56) and east to its end at the cul de sac <br /> <br />b) 153rd Avenue N.W. between the line of Ramsey Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road #56) and Jaspar Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) Jaspar Street N.W. between the line of 151st Avenue N.W. <br />and 153rd Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />d) Hematite Street N.W. between the line of .152nd Kvenue <br />N.W. north to include parcels 4500 and 4200 of Plat 89222 <br />(PIN #22-32-25-24-0009 and 22~32-25-24-0001 inclusively) <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City Administrator/Clerk has notified the <br />Ramsey City Council that such proposed assessment has been completed and <br />filed in his office for public inspection. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY~ <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) A hearing shall be held on the 13th day of September, <br />1983, in the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:35 PoM to pass- upon such pro~ <br />posed assessment and at such time and place all persons owning property <br />affected by such improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard <br />with reference to such assessment. <br /> <br /> 2) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby directed to cause <br />a notice of the hearing on the proposed assessment to be published once <br />in the official newspaper at least two weeks prior to the hearing, and <br />he shall state in the notice the total cost of the improvement. He shall <br />also cause mailed notice to be given to the owner of each parcel described <br />in the assessment roll less than two weeks prior to the hearing. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the follow- <br />ing voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and <br />Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
