Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83-158 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING ASSESSMENT (~83-7 AUTUMN HEIGHTS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required <br />by law, the Ramsey City Council has met and heard and passed upon all <br />objections to the proposed assessment for the improvement of the follow- <br />ing streets: <br /> <br />a) 167th Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 <br />(Armstrong Blvd. N.W.) to the west plat boundary of <br />Autumn Heights. <br /> <br />b) 168th Avenue N.W, west to the cul de sac and east to <br /> the cul de sac <br /> <br />c) 169th Avenue N,W. between the line of Rabbit Street <br />N.W. and the west plat boundary of Autumn Heights <br /> <br />d) Puma Street N.W. between the line of 167th Lane N.W. <br />and 168th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />e) Rabbit Street N,W. between the line of 168th Avenue <br />N.W, and 169th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />f) 167th Lane N.W. between the line of County Road #83 <br />(Armstrong Blvd. N,W,) east to 168th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />g) 168th Lane N.W. between the line of Nutria Street <br />N.W. to the north plat boundary of Autumn Heights- <br /> <br />h) Nutria Street N.W. between the cul de sac and the <br />north plat boundary of Autumn Heights <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such proposed assessment~ a copy of which is attached <br />hereto and made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and shall constitute <br />the special assessment against the lands-named therein, and each tract <br />of land therein included in hereby found to be benefited by the pro- <br />posed improvement in the amount of the assessment levied against it. <br /> <br /> 2) Such assessment shall be payable in equal annual install- <br />ments extending over a period of three years, the first of the install- <br />ments to be payable on or before the first Monday in January, 1984 and <br />shall bear interest at the rate of .10.50 per cent annum from the date of <br />the adoption of this assessment resolution.
