Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ~83-16Z <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey has prepared and adopted a Comprehensive Plan <br />as required by the State Land Planning Act; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Comprehensive Plan shows the Metropolitan Waste Control <br />Commission's Sanitary Sewer District No. 3 boundary on Map ?; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Sanitary Sewer District <br />No. 3 boundary splits several lots and subdivisions. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1) The Metropolitan Waste Control Commission's Sanitary Sewer District No. 3 <br />boundary be amended as shown on revised Map 7 of the Comprehensive Plan, contingent <br />upon Metropolitan Council review and approval. <br /> <br /> Z) The City Administrator is directed to forward this resolution along with all <br />necessary Comprehensive Plan revisions required to amend the Sanitary Sewer District <br />No. 3 to the Metropolitan Council. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing ~:'esolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being take~, t];:ereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br /> Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg an~. ~:[eimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the sarae: <br /> <br /> Councilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following was absent: <br /> <br /> Mayor Gamec <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 13th day of September, 1984. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />/~~'~i S/a{~c~r /C'le~k <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
