Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83-170 <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City of Ramsey has certain plats that have not been <br />finaled for various reasons and they are as follows: <br /> <br />1) Ramsey Commons <br />2) Meadowbrook Estates <br />3) Hy-10 Ramsey <br /> <br />; and <br /> <br /> W]~EREAS, the City Council is cognizant of the currently depressed <br />economy; and <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, the City Council has received requests from developers <br />for an extension of time to finalize their plats. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CItY OF RAMSEY, A~OKA COUNTY, <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grants <br />an extension of time for the above listed developers to finalize their platting <br />requirements and said extension of time shall be until April 1, 1984, and <br />that if said extension of time is not met, the plat will be considered null <br />and void. <br /> <br /> 2) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey also requests that <br />a copy of this resolution be sent to each of the developers informing them <br />of their extension of time. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded <br />by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 27th day of September, 1983. <br /> <br />-JMayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />
