Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION %83-183 RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) A certain petition requesting the improvement of the following streets: a) Ebony Street NW between the line of 165th Lane NW and 166th Lane NW. b) Dolomite Street NW between the line of 165th Lane NW and 167th Avenue NW c) Coquina Street NW between the line of 167th Avenue NW and the south plat boundary of Rolling Green Addition d) 165th Lane NW between the line of Coquina Street NW and Ebony Street NW e) 165th Lane NW between the line of CSAH #5 (Nowthen Blvd. NW) and Ebony Street NW f) 166th Lane NW between the line of Dolomite Street NW and Ebony Street NW filed with the Council on September 27, 1983, is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected thereby. This declaration is made in conformity to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. 2) The petition is hereby referred to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. and he is instructed to report to Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: Non e whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of September, 1983. ~~//~/~~~ Mayor '~~n'i s t~o r/~le~k
