Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #83-193 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted September 27, 1983, a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the improvement of the following streets: a) Ebony Street N.W. between the line of 165th Lane N.W. and 166th Lane N.W. b) Dolomite Street N.W. between the l~ne of 165th Lane N.W. and 16?th Avenue N.W. c) Coquina Street N.W, between the line of 167th Avenue N.W. and the south plat boundary of Rolling Green Addition. d) 165th Lane N.W. between the line of Coquina Street N.W. and Ebony Street N.W. e) 165th Lane N.W. between the line of C.S.A.H. #5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) and Ebony Street N.W. f) 166th Lane N.W. between the line of Dolomite Street N,W. and Ebony Street N.W. and this report was received by-the Ramsey City Council on October 25, 1983. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows~ 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of such streets ±n accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a port±on of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total cost of the improvement of $59,650.00. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Counc~lmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted i'n favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Counc~lmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Sehlueter and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 25th day of October, 1983.
