Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~83- 196- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MUNICIPAL STATE AID HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Ramsey that the <br />revisions hereinafter described should be designated a Municipal State Aid Street <br />System under the provisions of the Minnesota Laws of 1967, Chapter 16Z. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />1) That the following described road; <br /> <br />a) Nonexistent Zuni Street Northwest between STH No. 47 at 144th <br /> Avenue Northwest and nonexistent 148th Lane Northwest <br /> <br />b) Nonexistent Xkimo Street Northwest between nonexistent 148th <br /> Lane Northwest and 150th Avenue Northwest <br /> <br />c) Xkimo Street Northwest between 150th Avenue Northwest and <br /> 153rd Avenue Northwest <br /> <br />be, and hereby is established, located, and designated a Municipal State Aid Street <br />of said City, subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br />State of Minnesota. <br /> <br /> Z) That the City Administrator is hereby authorized and directed to forward <br />two certified copies of this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for <br />his consideration, and that upon his approval of the revisions of said road or portion <br />thereof, that same constructed, improved and maintained as part of the State Aid <br />Street of the City of Ramsey, to be numbered and known as Municipal State Aid <br />Street 111. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Reimann and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following member abstained: <br /> <br />Councilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the ZSth day of October, 1983. <br /> <br /> -~ . . /~ <br /> <br />/4~it~v/~d minist~i or/Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
