Mayor Gamec introduced the following resolution and moved ~m'~s adoption- RESOLUTION #83-208 RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS WHEREAS, in accordance with City policy the transfer of $4,421.82 from the below listed construction funds to the Administrative Trust Fund #808: a) $276.71 transfer from Construction Fund #546 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-4 Klemish Additions. b) $185.78 transfer from Construction Fund #547 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-5 Forest Hideaway. c) $237.83 transfer from Construction Fund #548 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-6 Woodlawn Estates. d) $358.17 transfer from Construction Fund #549 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-7 Autumn Heights. e) $164.97 transfer from Construction Fund #503 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 I-mprovement Project #83-12 Rum Acres Estates I & II. f) $262.66 transfer from Construction Fund #505 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-14 Flintwood Hills. g) $2,935.70 transfer from Construction Fund #506 to Admini- strative Trust Fund #808 for 1983 Improvement Project #83-15 Beaudry's Second Addition. WHEREAS, in accordance with City policy the transfer of $191.68 :from the State Aid Construction Fund #203 to the Administrative Trust Fund; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the 1983 budget requirements the trans- fer of $41,196.06 from the Equipment Revolving Fund to the General Fund #101; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the 1983 budget requirements the trans- fer of $13,575 from the Administrative Trust Fund #808 to the General Fund #101; and WHEREAS, in accordance with the 1983 budget requirements the trans- fer of $32,135 from the General Fund #101 to the Equipment Revolving Fund #810; and Resolution #83- Page I of 3
