Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-31 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (REILLEY <br />ESTATES SECOND AND THIRD ADDITIONS) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve the following streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br /> 1) Yakima Street NW between the line of the south plat boundary of <br />Reilley Estates Third Addition and Juniper Ridge Drive NW. <br /> <br /> Z) Juniper Ridge Drive NW between the line of the south plat boundary <br />of Reilley Estates Second Addition northwest to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> 3) 157th Lane NW between the line of Yakima Street NW east to its <br />end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br />and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement, <br />pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the proposed improvement be refen~ed to Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of <br />Hakanson Anderson Associates for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />City Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way as <br />to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best be <br />made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the ZSth day of February, lC~84. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST.- <br /> <br /> r/~ler __~ <br /> <br /> <br />
