Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~84-45 WHEREAS, City of Ramsey Resolution ~83-170 dated September 27, 1983 granted the developers of the following named plats until April 1, 1984 to finalize their platting requirements and if said extension of time was not met, the plat would be considered null and void: Ramsey Commons Meadowbrook Estates Hy-10 Ramsey ; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey received a letter from Mr. Gary Petrucci, developer of Meadowbrook Estate~ requesting an extension of time exceeding the April 1, 1984 deadline date for finalizing said plat as per City Resolution #83-170; and WHEREAS, the City of Ramsey Staff recommended to Council the granting of a six month extension as requested by Mr. Petrucci to finalize said plat which was consistent with Staff's previous recommendation to Council in September 1983. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) It is hereby directed that Council Resolution ~83-170 dated September Z7, 1983 be amended to read as follows: "That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby grants an extension of time for the above listed developers to finalize their platting requirements. Said extension of time shall be until October 1, 1984 and if said extension of time is not met, the plat will be considered null and void." Z) It is further requested that a copy of this resolution be sent to each of the developers informing them of their extension of time. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Sorteberg whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the ZTth day of March, 1984.
