Councilmember VanWagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-50 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEMNG REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(MENKVELD'S UNPLATTED) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted February 28, 1984, <br />a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates <br />with reference to the improvement of the following streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br /> 1) 16Znd Avenue NW between the line of Azurite Street NW and Yttrium <br />Street NW. <br /> <br /> Z) 164th Lane NW between the line of Azurite Street NW and Yttrium <br />Street NWo <br /> <br /> 3) 166th Lane NW between the line of Zirconium Street NW and Yttrium <br />Street NW. <br /> <br /> 4) Azurite Street NW between the line of Nowthen Blvd. NW (County <br />Road ~5) and 164th Lane NW. <br /> <br /> 5) Zirconium Street NW between the line of 16Znd Avenue NW and 166th <br />Lane NW. <br /> <br /> 6) Yttrium Street NW between the line of 16Znd Avenue NW and 167th <br />Avenue NW. <br /> <br /> 7) 164th Lane NW between the line of Yttrium Street NW east to its <br />end at the plat boundary of Menkveld's Unplatted. <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February 28, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as fonows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 4Z9 <br />at an estimated cost of the improvement of $15,040,00. <br /> <br /> Z) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on thel7th <br />day of April, 1984 at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Van Wagner and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Page 1 of Z <br /> <br /> <br />
