Councilmember VanWagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-- 53 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />(TRAPROCK COMMONS) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the City Council adopted February Z8, 1984, <br />a report has been prepared by Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates <br />with reference to the improvement of the following streets by sealcoating: <br /> <br /> 1) Traprock Street NW between the line of 155th Avenue NW north to <br />its end at the north plat boundary of Traprock Commons. <br /> <br /> Z) 158th Avenue NW between the line of Variolite Street NW and Traprock <br />Street NW. <br /> <br />and this report was received by the Ramsey City Council on February Z8, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council will consider the improvement of such streets <br />in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 4Z9 <br />at an estimated cost of the improvement of $6,135.00. <br /> <br /> Z) A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 17th <br />day of April, 1984 at 7:00 p.m. and the City Administrator/Clerk shall give mailed <br />and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Van Wagner and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the ZTth day of March, 1984. <br /> <br /> <br />
