Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-63 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (BROOKVIEW ESTATES) WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th day of March, 1984, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed seal- coating improvement of the following streets: 1) 169th Avenue N.W. between State Highway #47 and Neon Street N.W. 2) 170th Lane N.W. between Neon Street N.W. and Germanium Street N.W. 3) 173rd Avenue N.W. beginning at Germanium Street N.W. and extending east to its end at the cul-de-sac. 4) Neon Street N.W. between 169th Avenue N.W. and 170th Lane N.W. .5) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of Brookview Estates and 170th Lane N.W. 6) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at 170th Lane N.W. and extending north to its end at the cul-de-sac. AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of April, 1984, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted the 27th day of March, 1984. 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner and Reimann and the following voted against the same: Councilmember Schlueter Resolution #84-63 Page 1 of 2
