Councilmember Relmann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-67 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (Menkveld's <br />Unplatted) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th <br />day of March, 1984, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed seal- <br />coating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) 162nd Avenue N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. <br />and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />b) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Azurite Street N.W. and <br />Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />c) 166th Lane N.W. between the line of Zirconium Street N.W. <br />and Yttrium Street N.W. <br /> <br />d) Azurite Street N.W. between the line of Nowthen Blvd. N.W. <br />(County Road #5) and 164th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />e) Zirconium Street N.W. between the line of 162nd Avenue N.W. <br />and 166th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) Yttrium Street N.W. between the line of 162nd Avenue N.W. <br />and 167th Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />g) 164th Lane N.W. between the line of Yttrium Street N.W. <br />east to its end at the plat boundary of Menkveld's Unplatted. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br />of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day <br />of April, 1984, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor- <br />tunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 27th day of March, 1984. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is <br />hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
