Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-69 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREP2LRATION OF PLANS (Reilley Estates <br />Second and Third Additions) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 27th <br />day of March, 1984, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed seal- <br />coating improvement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Yakima Street N.W. between the line of the south plat <br />boundary of Reilley Estates Third Addition and Juniper Ridge <br />Drive N.W. <br /> <br />b) Juniper Ridge Drive N.W. between the line of the south <br />plat boundary of Reilley Estates Second Addition northwest <br />to its end at the cul-de,sac. <br /> <br />c) 157th Lane N.W. between the line of Yakima Street N.W. <br />east to its end at the cul-de-sac. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br />of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day <br />of April, 1984, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY'~CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 27th day of March, 1984. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc., <br />is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Schlueter and Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Sorteberg <br /> <br />Resolution ~84-69 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
