Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-72 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS (ROLLING GREEN) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted the 28th <br />day of February, 1984, fixed a date for a Council hearing on the proposed im- <br />provement of the following streets: <br /> <br />a) Ebony Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 166th <br />Lane N.W. <br /> <br />b) Dolomite Street N.W. between 165th Lane N.W. and 167th <br />Avenue N.W. <br /> <br />c) Coquina Street N.W. between 167th Avenue N.W. and the <br />south plat boundary of Rolling Green Addition. <br /> <br />d) 165th Lane N.W. between Coquina Street N.W. and Ebony <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br />e) 165th Lane N.W. between C.S.A.H. #5 (Nowthen Blvd. N.W.) <br />and Ebony Street N.W. <br /> <br />f) 166th Lane N.W. between Dolomite Street N.W. and Ebony <br />Street N.W. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice <br />of the hearing was given, and the hearing was held thereon on the 17th day of <br />April, 1984, at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an oppor- <br />tunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA <br />COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in Council reso- <br />lution adopted the 28th day of February, 1984. <br /> <br /> 2) Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. is <br />hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare <br />plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following <br />voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />Resolution #84-72 <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
