Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-76 RESOLUTION CORRECTING DRAINAGE EASEMENT ON LOT 12 BLOCK 4 OAKRIDGE ESTATES WHEREAS, City Engineer Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. has determined the drainage easement on Lot 12 Block 40akridge Estates is not doing the City any good as the contour of the land is high and will never flood; and WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council held a public hearing on April 24, 1984 regarding the vacating of the easement. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council hereby vacates the drainage and utility easement on Lot 12 Block 40akridge Estates as follows: That part of Lot 12, Block 40AKRIDGE ESTATES, accord- ing to the recorded plat thereof, Anoka county, Minnesota, described as follows: Beginning at a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 12, distant 135.00 feet southeasterly of the most northerly corner thereof, for the pur- poses of this description said northeasterly line is assumed to bear South 46 degrees 49 minutes 14 seconds East; thence South 16 degrees 59 minutes 38 seconds East, along the easterly line of the existing drainage and utility easement on said Lot 4, a distance of 228.10 feet; thence North 60 degrees West a distance of 200.00 feet; thence North 21 degrees East a distance of 100.00 feet; thence North 70 degrees 41 minutes 07 seconds East a distance of 74.92 feet to the point of beginning. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Sorteberg, Schlueter and Reimann and the following voted against the same: None ATI~ST: _ whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 24th day of April, 1984.
