Councilmember Schlueter introduced the following resolution and <br />moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-82 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING CHANGE TO CITY CHARTER COMMISSION BUDGET FOR <br />1984 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the 1983 Charter Commission budget allocation <br />of $5,000.00 is provided for in account 101-4012; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter Commission expended $2,025.00 of <br />their 1983 budget; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter Commission only provides for <br />$950.00 in their 1984 budget; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Charter Commission has requested that <br />their 1984 budget be amended to increase their budget in the <br />amount of the unspent balance of their 1983 budget allocation. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) It is hereby directed that the Charter Commission <br />be authorized to spend up to $5,000.00 in 1984. Further, it is <br />directed that the Charter Commission budget account 101-4012 be <br />amended at the mid-year budget adjustments to reflect said <br />change. <br /> <br /> 2) It is further directed that the Accounting <br />Department make the appropriate changes. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Acting Mayor Reimann, Councilmembers Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br /> <br />
