- 2 - <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a copy of the proposed Findings was made available <br /> <br />to members of the public on April 24, 1984 and thereafter a copy <br /> <br />has been on file in the office of the City Administrator. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, <br /> <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The City of Ramsey approves the Findings of Fact which <br />conclude that the proposed Flintwood Hills Second Addition <br />development does not have the potential for significant <br />environmental effects, and <br /> <br />2. The City of Ramsey authorizes the Mayor to sign the <br />Findings of Fact, and <br /> <br />3. The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward a copy <br />of the Findings of Fact and notice of decision on the EAW to <br />the Environmental Quality Board (EQB) for publication in the <br />EQB Monitor, and <br /> <br />4. The City of Ramsey directs City Staff to forward copies <br />of the decision on the EAW to all persons on the EAW <br />distribution list and to all persons who commented on the EAW <br />within five working days. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was <br /> <br />seconded by Councilmember <br /> <br />Reimann <br /> <br />and upon a vote <br /> <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Van Wagner and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />Counc ilmember Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br /> <br />
