Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its adopti on: RESOLUTION #84-101 WHEREA~, the Council Personnel Committee has recommended that all of the following permit fees be increased to be in line with the surrounding ccmmu- ni ti es: 1) Building permits - Building permit fees shall be calculated using the fee schedule as proposed in the 1982 UBC with plan check fees as follows: a) C~umercial/industrial/multiple dwellings - 63% of the permit fee b) Single family residential - $30.00 c) Pools/garages/sheds, etc. - no plan check fee 2) Plumbing permits - Plumbing permits shall be calculated as follows a) Water piping - $10.00 b) Ail fixtures - $5.00 per fixture c) No plan check fee 3) Sewer permits shall be $50.00. 4) Heating permits shall be $25.00. All permits would also be charged the appropriate surcharge as well as SAC charges and park fees where applicable.
