Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-103 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City, as a part of Improvement Project ~8Z-6, found it necessary <br />to acquire a ten foot wide drainage and utility easement over and across the following <br />described property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot 13, Bower's Mississippi Acres; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of said Project ~82-6, the City found it necessary to acquire <br />a Z0 foot wide utility easement over and across the following described property, to wit: <br /> <br />Lot 14, Bower's Mississippi Acres; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City and the respective lot owners agreed on certain terms of said <br />easement acquisition as described in a letter of understanding dated September 3, 198Z; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the terms of said September 3, 198Z letter of understanding have been <br />fully complied with by the respective lot owners. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That Lot 13, Bower's Mississippi Acres is a buildable lot and is eligible for issuance <br />of a building permit by the City without special requirements for the on-site water disposal <br />system except that all construction shall comply with the requirements of the flood plain <br />ordinance. <br /> <br /> Z) That Lot 14, Bower's Mississippi Acres is a buildable lot and is eligible for issuance <br />of a building permit by the City without special requirements for the on-site water disposal <br />system except that all construction shall comply with the requirements of the flood plain <br />ordinance. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N one <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the 1Zth day of June, 1984. <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br />.-'" ~ity Admi41istrator/Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
