Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION ~84-103 WHEREAS, the City, as a part of Improvement Project ~8Z-6, found it necessary to acquire a ten foot wide drainage and utility easement over and across the following described property, to wit: Lot 13, Bower's Mississippi Acres; and WHEREAS, as a part of said Project ~82-6, the City found it necessary to acquire a Z0 foot wide utility easement over and across the following described property, to wit: Lot 14, Bower's Mississippi Acres; and WHEREAS, the City and the respective lot owners agreed on certain terms of said easement acquisition as described in a letter of understanding dated September 3, 198Z; and WHEREAS, the terms of said September 3, 198Z letter of understanding have been fully complied with by the respective lot owners. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That Lot 13, Bower's Mississippi Acres is a buildable lot and is eligible for issuance of a building permit by the City without special requirements for the on-site water disposal system except that all construction shall comply with the requirements of the flood plain ordinance. Z) That Lot 14, Bower's Mississippi Acres is a buildable lot and is eligible for issuance of a building permit by the City without special requirements for the on-site water disposal system except that all construction shall comply with the requirements of the flood plain ordinance. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Reimann and Schlueter and the following voted against the same: N one whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 1Zth day of June, 1984.
