e) Helium Street N.W. between the south plat boundary of Brookview <br />Estates and 170th Lane N.W. <br /> <br />f) Germanium Street N.W. beginning at 170th Lane N.W. and extending <br />north to its end at the cul-de-sac <br /> <br />bids were received, opened and tabulated according to law, and the following <br />bids were received complying with the advertisement: <br /> <br />Contractor Total Bid <br /> <br />Allied Blacktop Company <br />Buffalo Bituminous <br />Northern Asphalt Const. Co. <br /> <br />$61,423.25 <br />$62,861.05 <br />$68,557.15 <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest <br />responsible bidder. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> 1) The Mayor and City Administrator/Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into an agreement with Allied Blacktop Company in the name <br />of the City of Ramsey for the sealcoating improvement of the above listed projects <br />and streets according to the plans and specifications therefor approved by the <br />Ramsey City Council and on file in the office of the City Administrator/Clerk. <br /> <br /> Z) The City Administrator/Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the <br />deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be retained until <br />a contract has been signed. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon,the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg, Schlueter and <br />Van Wagner <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N one <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 1Zth day of June, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />/ ~/? // ~/ / -- Mayor <br />a/inlstrat or/C lerk ~'~-~ <br /> <br />Resolution ~84-104 <br />Page 4 of 4 <br /> <br /> <br />
