Councilmember Reimann introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #84-113 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATERSHED SUB-DISTRICT <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, it has been determined that a surface water drainage <br />problem exists in the areas known as Flintwood Hills and Ramsey Terrace; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey City Council has directed City Engineer, <br />Mr. Peter R. Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson Associates, Inc. to prepare a <br />feasibility report on said surface water drainage problem; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said report indicates certain areas of the City con- <br />tribute to and aggravate said surface water drainage problem as indicated <br />on attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE RAMSEY CITY COUNCIL, CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby establishes <br />a watershed sub-district as indicated on the attached Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />and the following member was absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Van Wagner <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the 26th day of June, 1984 <br /> <br /> ATTEST: ~ ~ Mayor <br /> <br />~ A~m~nistrator/Clerk ' <br /> <br /> <br />
