Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-128 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT (RIVER'S BEND) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution #84-106 of the Ramsey City Council adopted <br />June 1Z, 1984, a report has been prepared by City Engineer Peter Raatikka of Hakanson <br />Anderson Associates, Inc. with reference to the public utility, street and grading <br />improvements to the plat of River's Bend including but not limited to the following: <br /> <br />a) Municipal Water <br />b) Municipal Sewer <br />c) Storm Drainage <br />d) Street Paving <br />e) General Grading and Restoration <br /> <br />and this report was received ~y the Ramsey City Council on July 24, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, <br />ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA~ as follows: <br /> <br /> l) The Ramsey City Council will consider the public utility, street and grading <br />improvements to the plat of River's Bend in accordance with the report and the assessment <br />of benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 4Z9 at an estimated cost of the improvement of $2,0/,5,000. <br /> <br /> Z) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey ordered plans and specifications <br />for this improvement in Resolution ~84-107 on June 1g, 1984 and said plans and <br />specifications will be available by August 30~ 1984 in the City Engineer's office. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Reimann and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor <br />thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann, Schlueter and Sorteberg <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />N one <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council <br />this the Z4th day of July, 1984. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
