Councilmember Sorteberg introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ~84-13Z <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert and Bonnie Johnson of 165Z1 Nowthen Blvd. NW, Ramsey, <br />Minnesota, submitted a letter dated April Z3, 1984 requesting that vacant Lot Z, <br />Block 3 of Rolling Green Addition be combined with their homestead unplatted lot <br />in order not to be assessed for Street Improvement Project ~84-Z which involves <br />Lot Z, Block 5, Rolling Green Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Robert and Bonnie Johnson have requested that Lot Z, Block 3 <br />receive only M of an assessment in lieu of a full assessment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a findings of fact has been prepared on this subject case. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby approves of Robert and Bonnie Johnson's <br />request for a % unit assessment in lieu of a full unit assessment for their street <br />improvement based on the findings of fact that was accomplished by the City. <br /> <br />Z) It is requested that the Johnson's be furnished a copy of this resolution. <br /> <br /> 3) It is further directed that a copy of this resolution be placed in Project <br />File ~84-Z for Rolling Green Addition. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Van Wagner and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Sorteberg, Van Wagner, Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey <br />City Council this the Z4th day of July, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
