Councilr~ember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #84-133 WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Delaney has applied for a temporary conditional use permit to hold Game Fair 1984 at the following location: SE 1/4 of NW I/4, 17-32-25-24-0001 and NE 1/4. of SW 1/4, 17-32-25-31-0001 commonly known as 8404 - 161st Avenue NW, City of Ra~sey; and WHEREAS, Mr. Charles Delaney has requested that Game Fair 1984 be held on August 31, 1984 and September 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9, 1984 at the above stated location~ and WHEREAS, a findings of fact has been prepared in accordance with City Code 170.017 in regards to Mr. Delaney's request to hold the Game Fair in a residential district. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMGEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) Based on the findings of fact and proposed plan layout for Game Fair 1984, approval is hereby granted to hold Game Fair 1984 on the following dates: August 31, 1984, September 1, 2, 3, 8 and 9, 1984 2) Further, the above approval the following is accomplished: is granted, providing a) Based on the findings of fact, Mr. Charles Delaney is hereby granted approval to hold Game Fair 1984 on the dates requested above providing he enters into an agreement with the City of Ramsey in regards to the use of City property and City equipment. b) Mr. Delaney is hereby informed that if he desires to hold Game Fair 1985 in the City of Ramsey that he apply for a conditional use permit under Section 170.018 of the City Code. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council~ember Schlueter and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Gal',~ec, Counci 1 members Var, Wagner, Sch 1 uet er, Reirl~ann and Sorteberg and the following voted against the same: None Page 1 of 2
