Councilmember Van Wagner introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 4~84- 134 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, City Ordinance #84-2 requires that the City <br />engaged in the business of pumping septic systems; and <br /> <br />license all persons <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Staff is recommending that a nominal fee of $5.00 be <br />charged as a license fee. This would cover the cost of the fee issuance only. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as fonows: <br /> <br /> 1) The Ramsey City Council hereby waives the license fee provided, the pumpers <br />comply with the City's requirement of a monthly report to be submitted to the City re- <br />garding pumpings in the City. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Councilmember Sorteberg and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted <br />in favor thereof: <br /> <br />Mayor Gamec, Councilmembers Van Wagner, Reimann, Sorteberg and Schlueter <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: <br /> <br />None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Council this the 24th day of July, 1984. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
